dc.description.abstract The Objective of this project is to provide Natural Life with a business solution that will provide clear insight into its business processes and an overall increase in the efficiency of the business as a whole, providing Natural Life with a profit increasing solution and giving them the ability of problem solving many situations that might occur within their business. The total Business Process Re-Engineering will focus on increasing visibility of the internal processes and improve process performance, thus dealing with the retailer part of the supply chain and all the processes and attributes affecting it. By analysing the available data, problem areas were detected and solutions could be developed for those areas. By increasing operational efficiency and maintaining more optimal stock levels Natural life can increase their useable capital by up to R125 000 as well as increasing their profits without increasing turnover. A generally smoother and more efficient business process can be easily maintained by implementing the simple suggested solutions. en_US
