dc.description.abstract |
In this note Parliament's use of the official languages for passing and publication of national legislation is investigated. This is done against the background of the relevant provisions of the Constitution on the official languages. Parliament's interpretation and application of these provisions in relation to national legislation is criticized. Some suggestions are also made on how the use of the official languages for national legislation might be improved. |
