I, the submitter, on behalf of the University of Pretoria, agree to the following: 

Items contained in the Pearse collection have been donated to the University of Pretoria by the original copyright owner. The exclusive right has been granted by the copyright owner to the University of Pretoria to distribute the items contained in this collection as it deems fit. 

The University of Pretoria has the exclusive right to reproduce, translate (as defined below), and/or distribute the submission (including the abstract) worldwide in print and electronic format and in any medium, including but not limited to audio or video. 

The following agreement exists between the original copyright owner and the University of 
Pretoria (view license agreement): 

"As discussed telephonically I wish to confirm that the Pearse drawings were loaned to us for digitising in order that they be available for researchers, and that you, as rightful owner of the collection of the originals for Pearse's C18 Furniture have no objection to them being made available electronically to the academic and research community."

medium or format for the purpose of preservation. 
 
The University of Pretoria may keep more than one copy of this submission for purposes of 
security, back-up and preservation. 
 
The University of Pretoria also represents that this submission does not, to the best of the 
university’s knowledge, infringe upon anyone's copyright. A declaration in this regard has been 
obtained from the rightful owner. The declaration is available by request from the following
