Abstract:
This newsletter, "Scribbling for Success", is the first issue of a series, as written by the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, in an attempt to share managerial information and decisions regarding operational, professional, educational, and general happenings around Faculty with all members of the Faculty. This issue covers operational cost and income, the renewed MOU with Mpumalanga Province regarding the Hans Hoheisen Wildlife Research Station, hospital renovations, SETA funding, DALRRD as manager of animal research, accreditation visits, future funding models, the biosecurity focus areas, and discussions with Black-ink Signatures on setting up of a nearby animal shelter.
