dc.description.abstract A 56-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of chronic persistent right upper quadrant abdominal pain that was associated with intermittent nausea, vomiting, and unintentional weight loss. She had been on antihypertensive treatment—hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine—for 2 years. Her blood pressure, 125/73 mm Hg, was well con- trolled and did not appear to be labile. She had tenderness in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen with no palpable masses. Oral analgesia was prescribed for the pain. en_US
