Abstract:
Dr Nicolaas Marais Hoogenhout (1876-1932) donated this collection 1933. Hoogenhout was very involved in education in the Transvaal Colony from 1904. He was the Vice Chancellor and Principal of the University of Pretoria from 1930 to his death in 1932. The collection consists of one box, mostly on the Eendracht School in Pretoria as well as the education measures of Lord Selbourne.
