Proposed homestead to be built at Outlook near Rosslyn, north of Pretoria for F.W. Cooper Esq. Suggestive of the “Laurels” Cottage: A symmetrical H-plan with verandahs on both south and north sides of the house – reminiscent of typical Cape Dutch houses.
