| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this paper was to assess the existing body of literature on open innovation in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to have a comprehensive position on what scholarship position on the nature of open innovation in SMEs, and the proclivity of SMEs embracing OI practices.
