Abstract:
Report on the International Rinderpest Congress held at Pretoria from the 2nd to the 13th August 1897 for the purpose of acquainting the Governments of South Africa with the most powerful means of combatting the rinderpest, in accordance with the invitation of the Government of the South African Republic, dated 15th July 1897, addressed to the Governments of the Orange Free State, the Cape Colony, Natal, and the Portuguese and German possessions.
