dc.description.abstract	Mothers taking antiretroviral drugs with low plasma viral loads may still transmit HIV to their breastfeeding children. Given the widely acknowledged benefits of breastfeeding, eliminating the risk of vertical transmission of HIV through breast milk must be a priority.	en_US
