Thinking Outside the Borders: Library Leadership in a World Community, a pilot Library Leadership Institute, was hosted from 05-08 November 2008 in South Africa by the Department of Library Services, University of Pretoria in partnership with SWETS and the Mortenson Center for International Library Programs at the Univeristy of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.
