dc.description.abstract For most of us, 2020 started as just another year, where we made our resolutions for the coming year. Some of us worked on strategies to be a better person, others wanted to eat and live healthier, and there were those who intended to be more involved with their children. Even at our work, we planned to work better and achieve more. Little did we know that a virus would force us to change our habits and ways of living, working and visioning. Within these restrictions, Covid-19 quickly taught us all to be much more creative and innovative, and if there is one thing that we learned in 2020, it is that things can be done differently – and still going on. This presentation is a brief explanation on how UP experienced 2020 starting with our challenges, and how we turned these challenges into opportunities en_ZA
