Letter from the Bishop of Pretoria, Robert Pretor, to mrs LM Barber congratulating her on the new carpet for the Church of St. John the Baptist on the farm of Twenty-Four Rivers. He further explains that a faculty is not required for soft furnishings (carpets, curtains, etc) only for permanent alterations to the building.
