Abstract:
This review covers the isolation of Cowdria ruminantium by lectin cellular affinity chromatography from
different Amblyomma hebraeum sources. Cellular affinity chromatography has been reviewed with special
attention being given to the application of this technique in the isolation of rickettsiae.
