T his article highlights the general lack of awareness
of the design professions in the built environment
– even among prospective students of architecture
– and investigates opportunities to address
this shortcoming, particularly through job shadowing.
This, in turn, presents practitioners with an opportunity
for community engagement and, in so doing, helps
to demystify the architectural professions. |
