This bronze profile of his grandfather SPJ Kruger (1825-1904) shows Kruger as an ill man during his exile in Switzerland. It is in the Ditsong Kruger House Museum in Pretoria. This sculpture was assumed to be a death mask although proportionally it is too large to be so. |
