dc.description |
This lithograph is one of the nine lithographs which Bettie Cilliers-Barnard created in the studio of Jean-Paul Pons in Paris between March and May in 1981. Each lithograph was created in three colours with human figures and heads as the main symbolic forms. Also quite prominent is the arched gateway (“poort”), profiled heads in silhouette and the rectangular shapes. |
