dc.description.abstract |
Assuming that the three foundation stocks of African cattle are the Hamitic Longhorn, Brachyceros, and Longhorned Zebu types, it is possible to differentiate between them (a) on account of their conformation, and (b) because of differences in osteology. These differences are tabulated in the text and to emphasize them, photographs accompany the paper. |
