| dc.description.abstract | Application and design of a new quick-opening seal device connected by D-shape shearing bolts in hypersonic wind tunnel is introduced in this paper. This device is compact in structure, reliable in sealing, easy in assembly and disassembly, appropriate for end closure of pressure vessels or joints of pipes. Mechanical models are established for all major components, and strength calculation formulas are obtained which can be used for the design of the structure. | en_ZA |
