Abstract:
A 2 year 9 month old girl was referred to Steve Biko
Academic Hospital (SBAH) from Tshwane District
Hospital (TDH) on the 31st of October 2014, with an initial
diagnosis of a community acquired pneumonia. Her initial
chest x-ray is depicted in Figure 1 showing non-specific
interstitial changes with involvement of both lung fields.
