This paper begins with an overview of the legal landscape in the United
Kingdom as it has developed over the past decade or so in relation to the
promotion and protection of religious liberty. It analyses several of the more
recent cases on the subject and seeks to identify trends and trajectories
for future development in the light of the parallel supervisory jurisdiction
exercised by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. |
