The aim of this project was to identify critical areas within the supply chain that need to be optimised to support Nissan South Africa’s (NSA) strategic business objectives and provide NSA with the competitive advantage over other NG subsidiaries. This project also supported NSA with one of the pilot projects raised to address the critical areas within NSA’s supply chain. |
