Die twee oudste bestaande handelsgeboue in Pretoria, die Sammy Marks-gebou en die Kynoch-gebou, gaan ingevolge ‘n ooreenkoms tussen die Stadsraad van Pretoria en die Volkskas-stigting gerestoureer word. Samuel Pauw Argitekte sal die restourasie lei.
