dc.description.abstract PHOTOS 1-4: Monitoring sheets are important tools in an animal hospital. They provide a basis for planning patient care and aids in communication between members of staff. Furthermore, it serves to monitor a patient’s progress during a stay in the hospital. Information on the sheet should include the following: contact details of the owner, description of the patient, the names of the attending student and veterinarian, the dates and diagnosis. en
